“I ordered a size 7; you have sent me a size 6”
Although errors in shipping cannot be completely eliminated, this is usually the result. Firstly, look on the box they came in, you should see style name colour and

We do advise that in high heels, especially closed toe shoes and boots to increase your shoe size by 1. So if you are a size 4 in your slippers, a size 5 suits most people. This advice is in the FAQ’s and also a reminder before you complete checkout in red lettering. If you have missed it, don’t worry. See the next section.
“I need to change them for a different size”

How to return your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packing and condition within 7 days of receiving.
DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX. We will then credit your account. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. The customer’s return shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please note that custom made-to-order goods cannot be refunded. Remember to include a copy of your invoice with your footwear, with a note saying “returned for refund”.

Stock items are usually shipped within 5 days; however please allow 28 days for International/standard delivery.

Yes you can, within 7 days of receiving your order you can send them back for exchange for a different size, colour, or style or just simply for a refund. Important: the boxes are part of your order and should be returned as supplied to you.
