Thank you for shopping with us, we hope you are pleased with your purchase. Here are a few frequently asked questions about our footwear.

“I ordered a size 7; you have sent me a size 6”

Although errors in shipping cannot be completely eliminated, this is usually the result. Firstly, look on the box they came in, you should see style name colour and UK and US size. For a UK size 7, a USA 9 would be shown. Turn your shoe or boot upside down, with the toe pointing away from you, this now shows the USA size correctly, you should now see a 9. This is the USA size 9, which as the box label says is a UK 7.

“These are too small for me”

We do advise that in high heels, especially closed toe shoes and boots to increase your shoe size by one. So if you are a size 5 in your slippers, a size 6 suits most people. This advice is in the FAQ’s and also a reminder before you complete checkout in red lettering. If you have missed it, don’t worry. See the next section.

“I need to change them for a different size”

“I want to return them for a refund”

Again, not a problem, simply follow the returns section below.

How to return your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packing and condition within 7 days of receiving.

Please do not write on the box. We will then credit your account. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. The customer’s return shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please note that custom made-to-order goods cannot be refunded. Remember to include a copy of your invoice with your footwear, with a note saying “returned for refund”.

FAQ's & Sizing

FAQ’s:

How long will my order take?

Stock items are usually shipped within 5 days; however please allow up to 35 days for International standard delivery. If you select Parcelforce as the shipping option at the checkout, your order will usually arrive much quicker.

When do you take payment?

Payment is now processed once your order has been received. Payment for all orders placed on Demonia.co.uk is processed by Paypal as this is the most effective way of protecting our customers against fraud. If your card is registered to a UK address you can call on 01706 829955 and place the order by phone.

Can I send them back?

Yes you can, within 7 days of receiving your order you can send them back for exchange for a different size, colour, or style or just simply for a refund. Important: the boxes are part of your order and should be returned as supplied to you.

What do I have to pay for when exchanging?

All you pay for is additional carriage.

Can you send to a different address?

Yes, we are now able to dispatch orders to a different address.

Can I order online and collect from store?

Yes, complete your order as usual and then contact us telling us what you would like to do.

What materials are your shoes & boots made of?

Unless stated, they are man-made.

I don’t like giving card details over the Internet can I place my order by phone?

Yes, we are able to take orders over the phone so long as the card you are paying with is registered in the UK.

How would my order be shipped?

We use Parcelforce worldwide or Royal Mail depending on which option is selected at the checkout, on completion and dispatch you will be given a tracking number to see the delivery status.

I need my order straightaway can you ship ASAP?

Yes, many are available from stock and can be shipped ASAP upon request. Either complete the online form or call for further information on availability.

Sizing

Sizing is perhaps the hardest question of all to answer,

What size do I need?

If you have not bought shoes or boots from us previously then you may not be aware that most people need to increase their shoe size by one in high heels and the broader foot sometimes needs to increase by 2. Don’t worry if you get it wrong the first time, just send them back and complete the returns form on the back of your invoice. If at all possible come along and see us, if only to get your sizing correct for future orders. If all else fails then give our team a call.

Why are there 2 sizes on the shoes/boots?

This can be a little confusing, yes we know – one is a UK size, and the other is a USA size. Our conversion is 2, so a USA ladies 8 is a UK 6.

I am usually a size 5 in a trainer would a size 6 be too big?

Probably not, if anything our footwear comes slightly small, so most increase by one size, some 2 sizes.
