Terms

Most orders are sent within 5 days. We will make every effort to inform you of any delays exceeding this time frame and keep you up to date on the progress of your order.

Items may be returned (only if unused / unworn) for a full refund. All returns must be within 7 days. Items sent back after 7 days are subject to a £10 restocking fee and postage will not be refunded. We will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post, so advise use of recorded delivery.

Full refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
Please ensure you select the correct size for you, with stiletto high heels it is sometimes advisable
to select the next size up to your usual shoe size.

Due to Postal service losses we are no longer offering a standard 1st class delivery. All goods will be delivered using recorded delivery or parcel force. The company management reserves the right to cancel or decline any order without explanation.
