Once your order is received and payment authorised, stock is checked against your selected items and processed. Once your order is ready for dispatch an email notification is sent that your order will be on its way shortly with relavant tracking information. Shipping & Delivery

We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY for all orders within the UK mainland.
Orders placed before 4pm for Next Working Day Delivery are shipped same day on a Parcel Force 24 hour service. Orders that are not in the Next Day Delivery section are usually shipped and delivered within 3-5 days. If you require a faster delivery please contact our customer service who will be happy to help you either via our live chat system, by phone, in person - in store or via email.
We ship all orders via Parcelforce throughout the UK on a Next Day Service. Once your order has been processed and ready to be dispatched you will receive an email from customer service with the tracking details, you can track the progress of your order via Parcel Force's website. You should also receive an email from Parcelforce with the tracking details to the email address provided when placing the order.

Sizing & FAQs

IMPORTANT: Our sizing has changed.
Previously over  the past decade we have converted from the USA to UK sizing by two, for example a size USA 7 would be a UK 5, and advised customers they may need to increase their shoe size by 1. We have now tried to remove this need to increase your shoe size by 1 and convert USA sizing by 3. Our current sizing is now as follows:

Returns & Exchanges

IF you are at all unhappy with your purchase online or by phone simply return your order within 7 days of reciept in a resaleable condition and unused and unworn condition in the original boxing ensuring that the labels have not been removed for a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE for a *different size.

It is the customer's responsablilty to ensure the safe return of the order to us.

NOTE: *We cannot exchange clearance items for a different size. Worn, damaged or used items will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Items ordered for collect in store are excluded from our exchange policy. Items returned in a resaleable condidition but OUTSIDE of the 7 day period may be subject to a restocking fee of £10 per item.

Faulty items

If your order arrives with you in a damaged condition please notify us imdediately, after 7 days we cannot accept items that are damaged in transist.

Worn fautly items.

If your item becomes fautly within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us with your order details and the nature of the fault. We cannot accept any worn item after a 30 day period.
